Specifications for the platform used

It can be configured in order to receive user-generated contents, thanks to the ability to moderate messages sent by users from their cell phones or to easily create audio, video and photo contents that are automatically post-produced within a few seconds and made available for users, so they can update sites or blogs even from mobile devices

The service makes available the audio contents created, already post-produced, with background music and an opening and closing message chosen by the client, streamed from your website. It also allows the user to publish contents directly to the corporate site, both videos/photos from a cell phone and audio using a fixed-line phone number located anywhere in the world

An automatic e-mail message can be sent to a list of predefined addresses every time a message is posted, in order to change the subject or other information for the message. It is compatible with all platforms.

Features

Platform developed completely by Speakage

The service is an interface between phone users and the online universe of the most well-known blogging platforms..
Upon any type of input, data are processed and coded in real time..

When the conversion is completed, the resulting file is provided as an output for the several publishing platforms or is made available through HTTP calls to back-office applications specified by the client..

The internal structure foresees for a logical disjunction between the available inputs and the output produced: this makes it possible to customize additional outputs to be used in accordance to the needs, for instance, in blogging platforms or client’s private CMS.
The user sends an audio, video or image file by MMS, using the service provided by the operator. Upon receipt, the system acquires both the audio/video/photo subject and the MMS subject, which can be used for providing the selected output service with a title

yamaha community

The system accepts the most well-known video formats and converts them to FLV.

Conversion includes a configurable resizing process in order to have uniform videos. Both the audio and video bitrates are customizable.
Optionally, incoming messages can be put on queued using a moderation system. A moderators group receives an e-mail message with direct links to the message, where they can choose to delete the message or send it to the output. The moderation panel provides moderators with the ability to add/correct titles or eventual message text The output is processed using the most appropriate protocol for the target platform.

The fastest publishing solution is a HTML table dynamically created through Javascript/DHTML. All the necessary material (html, css, js, xml) is sent through FTP from the SpeakageLine machine. The table is customizable both in the graphic design, through css, and in the layout through the appropriate xml files.
The audio/video/photo material is stored in the target machine: in this way, with the help of DHTML pagination, messages are published quickly, without network bottlenecks.

Like with the MMS, the user can send a simple e-mail message to a customizable address attaching the desired audio, video or image file.

Even in this case, the e-mail subject can be used by the output service. Regardless of the input file format and the technology used, input data are processed and normalized using three output file formats: MP3 for audio, FLV for video and JPG for images.
These formats can be played on web pages by using Adobe Flash Player 7.0 or later, which has been widely available for years, making the product available to the public simply and quickly. The audio received is converted to MP3 format using customizable bitrate and sampling frequency. Optionally, a background track (with customizable volume), as well as an intro and/or outro tune can be added to the audio produced. All these features are customizable by the user.

The most renowned blogging platform in the world can be controlled using XMLRPC..

The output to Wordpress is managed following that standard, including the posting of audio/video/photo objects. The related title and message become the corresponding title and content of the post, to which the Flash Player corresponding to the object published is added.

Also the shared platform Blogger uses XMLRP.

However, their publishing policies do not allow non-authorized embedded objects to be posted. In order to solve this problem, SpeakAgeLine generates a JavaScript code that creates the multimedia object dynamically within the post. Even in this case, the message title and text make part of the elements of the post.
